Doser DPN3000

The 3000 Weight Doser was created to automatically weigh many sticky products such as diced or julienne mozzarella.

Two independent motorized belts transport the product to weighing heads, their speed is managed by the PLC, which exchanges information with the load cells and ensures very high precision.

It is ideal for sectors with a high degree of sanitation thanks to the rotating washing heads and the high-speed movement of the belts in hot water. The machine works in both semi-automatic and automatic mode, combined with vertical packaging machines and heat sealers.
