Special long pasta doser

This machine allows you to automatically weigh long format products such as spaghetti, sweet products, breadsticks. Designed with the aim of performing high performance in confined spaces that are not always regular, thanks to its location between the horizontal packaging machine and the feeding line. The feeding of the product can be both automatic, with a belt managed by the weigher, and manual by an operator, who loads the weighing basket by controlling the touch panel that reports the weight value in real time. Once the target weight has been reached, previously set thanks to the HMI touch screen, the machine unloads the product into the collection basket and starts a new weighing cycle. A further basket receives the product from the collection one and loads the product on the packaging machine belt at the defined point.
