Weight Doser 1000

1000 g weigher dosing unit made entirely of pre-painted carbon steel with smooth or textured-teflon-coated AISI 304 stainless steel channels, with double vibrating channel dosing system (roughing and finishing).

Equipped with graphic Touch-Screen through which it is possible:
– Set the dosage phases (roughing and finishing),
– Change the vibration speeds of the channels,
– Manage multiple security levels for saving options and recalling parameters for the different types of product to be dosed,
– View the dosage phases,
– View system anomalies,
– View the last weigh,
– Set the number of drains (automatic operation).

The dispenser can be installed with different combinations of use both individually and coupled, automatically or manually: on horizontal or vertical packaging machines, on cartoning machines and trays, on tubular support in stainless steel ASI 304 for manual unloading.
